The women shelters Iowa state provide assistance for victims of domestic violence who are not safe in their own homes.
The shelter provides a warm, free of violence atmosphere where victims are provided with support groups, counseling and assistance in rebuilding the lives of the adults or children victims of rape, incest or molestation. The shelter also provides food, clothing and personal necessities.
